Case against Hamza not withdrawn: Ayesha Malik

Ayesha Malik has rejected reports about withdrawal of case against Hamza Shahbaz.

Rejecting the news reports regarding rolling off of her case from the civil court, alleged wife of Hamza Shahbaz Sharif, Ayesha Ahad Malik Sunday stated next hearing of the case will be heard on October 31.

Talking to Online, she said that she would present all evidences and witnesses of the case before the court for proving that she is wife of Hamza Shahbaz and claimed to go beyond limits for getting justice in all of her cases.

“Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry should given me opportunity for hearing my viewpoint in the Supreme Court as he has given to his son Dr. Arsalan Iftikhar and to son of former Premier Yusuf Raza Gilani”, she said.

She said that the Session Court of the Lahore had issued order one year ago for providing me security, but Inspector General of Punjab Police has not arranged her security due to the ruling Sharif family, which is a clear violation of the court’s order.

“The Punjab government and Punjab Police will be responsible in case of any unpleasant incident”, she stated.

She said that Punjab Police have registered a fake case of kidnapping for ransom against her and her daughter on the directive of the Punjab government, but her bail has been accepted in the case that shows her innocence.

Answering a query she reposed full confidence in the independent judiciary and hoped that she would get justice from court.
